On Saturday, November 19, 2022, we celebrated the feast of Our Lady of Peace, Patroness of El Salvador. Our Salvadoran community with much respect and devotion gathered together to celebrate with an evening vigil to Our Blessed Mother Mary. It was a very special night for our community. Our parish choirs delighted us with a variety of songs to the Virgin. The evening was even more special as the children of our parish with their innocence, smallness and love for our mother, gave her 50 roses that were offered for the peace of the whole world. They prayed the holy missionary rosary. The absence of prayer is the cause of pain. Let us pray together so that the wars may cease, and peace and love may triumph.
